Eginity has engaged William A. Grimm, Esq. of GrayRobinson, P.A. as general counsel for the company.  Mr. Grimm has been practicing law full time for more than 34 years, is an author and Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Negotiation at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business MBA program.  He also brings with him an extensive engineering background, which has aided him in providing general counsel for many high tech companies in the Central Florida area.  We are honored that Mr. Grimm has taken on Eginity as one of his clients and look forward to a long, rewarding future with GrayRobinson, P.A.
