Thomas Nicolette
Chairman of the Board

Thomas A. Nicolette, CPP, has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of several public and private companies in the electronic security systems sector – the most notable being Nasdaq-listed Knogo which he took from float to a $400mn takeover by Sensor-matic in late-1995. Since that time, he has served as a Director of CROSSOFF, Inc., as a Director of IDENTIF GmbH, as President of DNAT, as Executive Director of TRI-MEX Group Limited, has been on the Board of Directors of SenTech EAS Corporation, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of WLIW, as Chairman of the Board of Global Securities Technologies, Inc, and as Chairman of the Board of EXAQT SA DE CV. In these positions, Mr. Nicolette’s primary form of compensation was company shares demonstrating his desire to build value for shareholders.

Mr. Nicolette also founded ExaqtWorld S.A.R.L, which he sold to Laserlock Technologies Inc. in January 2006 where he served as CEO and then as an Executive Consultant. During this time, he developed patented new methods of authentication based on molecular and optical markings used for anti-counterfeiting. Mr. Nicolette has served as a Consultant at AIM-listed Akers Biosciences Inc. from May 2006 to February 2007. He has been President of Akers Biosciences Inc., since February 2007 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 2008 and Corporate Secretary since July 17, 2007.

Mr. Nicolette holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and an MBA in International Management from Shepperton University in London.

L. Alan McGinn
Founder, President, & CTO

Alan McGinn has served as Founder and Chief Technology Officer for Eginity, Inc. since May, 2008. Prior to Eginity’s conception, Mr. McGinn served as Chief Technology Officer for Sequiam Corporation. He was Sequiam’s lead biometric technology engineer, responsible for the management of the company’s global development teams in South Africa, Taiwan and China. Before joining Sequiam, Mr. McGinn was founder of Access Orlando in1995 and served simultaneously as a consultant to SMART Biometrics both of which were acquired by Sequiam. From 1984 to 1999, Mr. McGinn was the Senior Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin. During his time there, Mr. McGinn designed night vision systems for the Apache Attack Helicopter. His other significant designs included: microcontroller-based servo control systems; laser tracker controller with a 1553 bus interface; microcontroller-based control panel for helicopter navigation; CCD camera with real-time image processing; and fiber optic communications link and tracker interface. Mr. McGinn has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Robert Allen
Co-Founder, Partner

Robert Allen has served as Co-Founder and partner for Eginity, Inc. since May, 2008. Prior to Eginity’s conception, Mr. Allen worked as both a Research Analyst and Sr. Consultant with Frost & Sullivan for institutional investors and companies operating in the technology sector of identification management. His work was sourced and quoted in mainstream media including Wall St. Journal, Financial Times, Boston Globe and industry publications including Red Herring, Smart Card Alliance and Find Biometrics. Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Mr. Allen served as an Associate with Barclays Capital and Wells Fargo in debt capital markets. Mr. Allen has a BBA in Administration and Finance from Texas State University and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
